For centuries the profession of chef and thus the guild of chefs was a particularly highly respected profession. Because of these outstanding importance gave them King Louis IX. from France in 1248, the right to associate to a brotherhood. Thus arose the "Confrérie des Rôtisseurs"
The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is a global association of gourmets who has around 100,000 members from different professions from politics, business and culture, as well as numerous, highly regarded restaurateurs the "Chaîne des Rôtisseurs" is represented in about 130 countries , On May 16, 2014 our company was officially incorporated into the community of Chaine des Rotisseurs. We are very proud of it.
The principle of "quality before quantity" is the desired goal. Not every good house is Member of the "Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs", but every member of the House is a good home.
